A room measuring 20 square meters is available from the 1st of April for a long-term arrangement with the possibility of CPR registration, situated in a shared apartment at Nørrebros Runddel. The total apartment size is 124 square meters, featuring a spacious living area alongside a modern bathroom of generous proportions.

Currently, the flat is occupied by Max, aged 28, and Niklas, aged 30. Max plans to move out by the end of May, so the new tenant will soon be sharing the apartment solely with Niklas. Niklas, also known as Nicki, is a unique individual who dedicates much of his free time to training for the Ironman Copenhagen by running, cycling, and swimming. When not engaged in sports, he enjoys experimenting with new AI technologies, reading, or socializing over coffee. He is easygoing, good-humored, and offers thoughtful advice when needed. Additionally, he is a skilled cook, whose meals Johanna especially enjoys.

The ideal candidate is someone positive and kind, with whom the current residents feel comfortable sharing their home. Both work full time and value a peaceful living environment upon returning home. Preference is given to tenants who are not students frequently hosting parties, although being socially active and enjoying occasional dinners or gatherings is welcome. Maintaining cleanliness and respecting the upkeep of a tidy flat is also important.
