We are renting out our furnished apartment at Statholdervej, 1st floor left (1. TV), in the Nordvest area from May 1, 2026 to November 1, 2026, possibly with the option to extend.

The apartment is 118 m² and is located close to both Bispebjerg Station and the hospital. It consists of three rooms, a combined kitchen and living area, two bathrooms, a utility room, an entrance hall, and three balconies. The apartment has both a dishwasher and a washing machine installed, and there is a dryer in the basement. In addition, a storage space in the attic and one in the basement are included.

The apartment is fully furnished and is currently set up for a couple. There are beds in two of the rooms, while the third room is furnished with a sofa. We are open to renting to a single person, a family, or a shared household. Pets are allowed in the apartment as long as they are not on the furniture (sofa, bed, windowsill, etc.).

The total monthly rent is DKK 24,000, including electricity, water, heating, and internet. Upon move-in, two months’ rent must be paid as a deposit and one month’s prepaid rent.
