We are renting out our furnished apartment on Statholdervej 1st floor in Nordvest from May 1, 2026, to November 1, 2026, possibly with the possibility of extension. The apartment is 118 sqm and is located close to both Bispebjerg Station and the hospital. The apartment consists of three rooms, a kitchen-dining area, two bathrooms, a utility room, an entrance hall, and three balconies. Both a dishwasher and a washing machine are installed in the home, and there is a tumble dryer in the basement. Additionally, an attic and a basement storage room are included.

The apartment is fully furnished and is currently set up for a couple. There are beds in two of the rooms, while the third room is furnished with a sofa. We are open to renting to an individual, a family, or a collective. Pets are allowed in the home as long as they are not on the furniture (sofa, bed, windowsill, etc.).

We have rented out room 3, which can be seen on the floor plan, but we are looking for tenants for rooms 1 and 2. The total monthly rent is 7,000 DKK including consumption of electricity, water, heating, and internet. Upon moving in, two months' rent is paid as a deposit and one month's prepaid rent.
