Commuting options are convenient, with a 30-minute journey to Odense and only 15 minutes to Fredericia. Excellent train connections are available, and the development is located adjacent to the E20 motorway. Constructed between 1972 and 1976, the complex underwent a full renovation in 2007, which included replacements of kitchens, windows, and facades, along with the enhancement of pleasant shared outdoor spaces.
