There is convenient parking nearby, and the site includes a shared shed for storing bicycles, mopeds, and similar items, along with individual storage sheds attached to each home. These terraced houses are encircled by lovely green shared areas featuring a flagpole and a communal terrace furnished with tables, chairs, and parasols.

The department also offers wheelchair-accessible terraced homes located in Morud, Veflinge, and Særslev, surrounded by beautiful green communal zones with picnic tables. Tenants have access to multiple shared rooms for events or meetings. With approval from the Service Center, one pet may be kept, though acquiring new pets during the tenancy is not permitted.

Terraced houses located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Otterup, approximately 15 kilometers from Odense, are surrounded by lush green shared outdoor spaces. Each residence features a private storage shed and direct access to either a garden or terrace, with convenient parking spaces nearby. The department's shared facility holds up to 24 people and tenants can also borrow the association's other communal rooms. Residents are allowed to keep an existing pet during their stay but may not bring in new animals. At the Damløkken site, existing pets are permitted, but no new pets may be acquired during occupancy, whereas at Hedemarken, keeping pets is strictly prohibited.

Kirkestræde is a characterful, historic half-timbered building spanning three floors and dating back to around 1870. This property is filled with charm and offers a cozy courtyard where residents can enjoy summer evenings at the tables and chairs provided. There is a shared cycle shed and a communal equipment storage room. Parking is available on-site with space for eight cars, and additional parking options exist on nearby streets.

The neighborhood surrounding Skamby benefits from scenic natural beauty and lies roughly six kilometers from Søndersø, which provides well-functioning daycare centers, schools, grocery stores, and public transportation options.
