Applicants can benefit from flexible rental criteria, enabling them to move ahead in the housing queue if they meet one or more specific conditions, thereby acquiring accommodation more swiftly than through the standard waiting list.

These flexible criteria available for this housing group include:

1) Employment Connection: At least one household member must hold permanent employment averaging 25 hours per week or more. Verification requires a copy of the employment contract and the last three pay slips. For new employees, the contract must specify commencement within two months of taking possession of the residence. Positions subsidized publicly, such as flexible jobs, are considered equivalent and must be documented with agreements specifying at least 25 hours of work weekly. Self-employed individuals and consultants must provide CVR registration and last fiscal year's turnover.

2) Pursuing Education: Young applicants or their spouse/partner who are enrolled in a recognized educational program in the municipality that qualifies for state education support (SU), including trade apprenticeships. The course must be a full-time, continuous program lasting at least one year. Documentation includes copies of education certificates, apprenticeship contracts, latest pay slips, or a dated confirmation letter from the educational institution.

3) Divorce or Separation with Children: Individuals residing in the municipality with children who require prompt rehousing due to divorce, separation, or dissolution of cohabitation are given priority for up to one year following the familial breakup.
