2) Pursuing Education: Young applicants or their spouse/partner who are enrolled in a recognized educational program in the municipality that qualifies for state education support (SU), including trade apprenticeships. The course must be a full-time, continuous program lasting at least one year. Documentation includes copies of education certificates, apprenticeship contracts, latest pay slips, or a dated confirmation letter from the educational institution.

3) Divorce or Separation with Children: Individuals residing in the municipality with children who require prompt rehousing due to divorce, separation, or dissolution of cohabitation are given priority for up to one year following the familial breakup.
