The apartments are situated within the Lerpøtparken area, located in the northern section of Varde. These residences are spread across multi-story buildings that include ground floors, first floors, and second floors. Although there are no private gardens, there are communal green spaces available for all residents to enjoy. A shared laundry facility is located in the basement. The apartments were originally occupied between 1973 and 1977.

Within the complex, there are wheelchair-accessible two-room corner apartments located on the ground floors. Between early 2003 and mid-2005, the entire community underwent substantial renovations.
