Management of the area is overseen by a residents' board, which convenes annually along with all tenants to make decisions concerning operational matters and rent adjustments.

Should tenants wish to improve their apartments, the housing department offers financing options, with repayments incorporated into the monthly rent. Upon moving out, individuals may receive compensation for any self-funded enhancements made to the property.

Maintenance of the communal green spaces and minor repairs within the units are handled by the estate's janitor. Additionally, an inspector is appointed to ensure the ongoing upkeep of the entire residential complex.
