A modern, bright two-room apartment with a private balcony situated in a lovely oasis in the middle of Årslev. The building has been designed with emphasis on sustainability, community living and varied architectural expression, featuring facades clad in thermally treated wood that underline its green profile. The development is part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in picturesque surroundings by Vindinge Å, and is within a short distance of shopping, childcare institutions and sports facilities.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with two built-in wardrobes, a pleasant living room and a light-filled kitchen with direct access to its own balcony; all balconies face the internal courtyards. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and tumble dryer; the residence is prepped for installation. We expect two show apartments to be ready in July 2026, where you can view the layout and material choices, but it will not be possible to inspect any specific unit. If you wish to secure a particular unit, we can prepare a lease, but unfortunately we do not hold reservations.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are billed directly by the respective utility companies, and it is possible to apply for an exemption to keep one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis; each rental has its own associated storage room; the building has elevator access; there is a communal house/function/guest house available for a fee; and an electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee.
