The apartment comprises an entrance hall, bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two cupboards, a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the balcony. All balconies face the inner courtyards. The kitchen comes fitted with a dishwasher and a combined fridge/freezer unit. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and tumble dryer, although the property is prepped for easy installation of these appliances.

Two model apartments are expected to be available for viewing by July 2026, offering an opportunity to explore the layout and material selections.
