A modern, bright 2-room apartment with its own balcony is situated in a pleasant oasis in the centre of Årslev. The building has been designed with an emphasis on sustainability, communal life and varied architectural expression. The façades are clad in heat-treated wood, supporting the development's green profile. These properties are being built as part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense and surrounded by scenic nature along Vindinge Å. Shops, daycare and schools as well as sports facilities are also within a short distance.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with 2 wardrobes, a pleasant living room and a bright kitchen with direct access to the private balcony. All balconies face the courtyard areas. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must supply their own washing machine and tumble dryer; provision has been made for fitting them. We expect to have two show apartments ready in July 2026 where it will be possible to view how the homes are laid out and the chosen materials. It is not possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualization images serve to illustrate the standard of the apartments and are therefore not from the specific unit.

If you want certainty about securing a particular rental unit, we can prepare a tenancy agreement for you; however, we do not make reservations. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption to keep one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental unit has its own associated storage room. The building has an elevator. There is a common house / function room / guest house available for a fee, and an electric vehicle charging station is available against payment.
