A modern, light-filled two-room apartment with its own balcony occupies the roof level in a delightful oasis in central Årslev. The building has been designed with an emphasis on sustainability, community life and varied architecture; the façades are clad in heat-treated timber, reinforcing the development's green profile. The properties form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in picturesque surroundings by Vindinge Å, and are positioned within a short distance of shopping, childcare institutions and sports facilities.

The flat comprises an entrance, bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two built-in cupboards, a pleasant living room and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the private balcony. All balconies face the courtyard areas. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer; tenants must provide their own washing machine and tumble dryer, though the installation points are prepared. We expect to have two show apartments ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view the layout and material choices, but it will not be possible to view a specific rental. We can draw up a tenancy agreement if you wish to secure a specific unit; unfortunately, we do not reserve units in advance.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the relevant utility companies. It is possible to apply for dispensation for one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental includes its own associated storage room. The building has elevator access. A communal house / function room / guest house is available for a fee, and an electric charging station is available for a fee.
