Located in the development known as Fremtidens Forstad, south of Odense, the property is surrounded by scenic natural areas near Vindinge Å. Inside the apartment, the layout includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom outfitted with two wardrobes, a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the private balcony. All balconies face the internal courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a combined refrigerator and freezer. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and dryer, though the apartment is prepared for their installation.

Two model apartments are anticipated to be ready for viewing by July 2026, providing an opportunity to familiarize oneself with the interior arrangement and the choice of materials; however, it will not be possible to view a particular unit. Available units of the same apartment type, labeled T4.3 in a gable (end house) setting, include three apartments located at Takvingen: ground floor left (79 m²), first floor left (79 m²), and second floor left (79 m²). Each is offered at a monthly rent of DKK 7,735, with possession from March 1, 2027.

Regarding the open house event on August 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, no registration is required. During this time, visitors may tour three model apartments, but specific units cannot be shown.
