A modern, bright two-room apartment with its own balcony is situated in a pleasant oasis in central Årslev. The building has been designed with emphasis on sustainability, community and architectural variation; the facades are made of heat-treated wood, reinforcing the green profile. The development forms part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, south of Odense, and is set in scenic surroundings around Vindinge Å, with short distances to shopping, institutions and sports facilities. The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with 2 closets, a pleasant living room and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto a private balcony; all balconies face the courtyards. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and tumble dryer; the apartment is prepared for installation. We expect to have two show apartments ready in July 2026 where it will be possible to view the layout and the choice of materials, but it is not possible to view a specific rental. We can prepare a lease contract if you want to secure a specific rental; unfortunately we do not reserve.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are billed directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption for one dog. There is free parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental has its own associated storage room and there is elevator access in the building.
