The apartment layout comprises an entrance hall, bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two closets, a comfortable living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the private balcony. All balconies face the courtyard areas. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a combined refrigerator and freezer unit. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and tumble dryer, although the apartment is prepped for installation.
