A modern, light-filled 2-room apartment with a private balcony situated in a lovely oasis in the heart of Årslev. The development has been executed with an emphasis on sustainability, community life and varied architectural expression; the facades are clad in heat-treated wood, reinforcing the project's green profile. The buildings are being built as part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, south of Odense, and sit in scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, with short distances to shopping, institutions and sports facilities.

The apartment layout includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom equipped with 2 wardrobes, a pleasant living room and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the private balcony; all balconies face the courtyard areas. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and dryer-provisions are made for their installation. We expect to have 2 show apartments ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view how the homes are arranged and to see the chosen materials; it is unfortunately not possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualization images illustrate the standard for the units and are not photographs of the particular apartment. We are happy to prepare a lease if you want to secure a particular unit, but we do not hold reservations.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption allowing one dog. There is free parking on a first-come, first-served basis, each rental has its own associated storage room, there is elevator access in the building, and there is access to a common house / party room / guest house for a fee. An electric vehicle charging point is available for a fee.
