A modern, bright 2-room apartment with a private balcony situated in a pleasant oasis in the heart of Årslev. The building has been designed with an emphasis on sustainability, communal living and varied architectural expression; the façades are clad in heat-treated wood, underscoring the development's green profile. The properties form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in scenic surroundings along Vindinge Å, with short distances to shopping, institutions and sports facilities. The apartment layout includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with 2 closets, a comfortable living room and a light-filled kitchen with direct access to the private balcony. All balconies face the courtyards. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer. Tenants must supply their own washing machine and tumble dryer; provisions for their installation have been prepared.

We expect to have two show homes ready in July 2026, where visitors can view the apartment layouts and the chosen materials; it is unfortunately not possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualization images illustrate the standard of the apartments and are not taken from the particular unit. We can draw up a tenancy agreement if you want certainty of securing a specific rental, but we do not reserve units. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the relevant utility companies. It is possible to apply for a dispensation for one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each tenancy includes a dedicated storage room. The building has elevator access. A shared house/party room/guest house is available for a fee, and an electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee.
