This bright and modern two-room apartment features a private balcony and is situated in a charming green sanctuary in the heart of Årslev.

Constructed with an emphasis on sustainability, community, and architectural diversity, the building's exterior is clad in heat-treated wood, reinforcing its environmentally friendly profile. These residences form part of the "Future Suburb" development in Årslev, located south of Odense amidst scenic surroundings along the Vindinge River. Residents enjoy convenient proximity to shopping, educational institutions, and sports facilities.

Inside, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom furnished with two closets, a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the private balcony. All balconies face inward toward the courtyard areas. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and a combined refrigerator and freezer unit. Tenants are responsible for supplying their own washing machine and tumble dryer; however, the apartment is prewired for their installation.

Two model apartments are expected to be ready for viewing by July 2026, allowing prospective tenants to experience the layout and material selections firsthand. It is important to note that it is not possible to access a specific unit at this time.

Residents have access to free parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Each apartment includes a dedicated storage room. The building is equipped with an elevator. A communal house, event space, and guest accommodations are available for a fee, as is access to an electric vehicle charging station.
