This bright and modern two-room apartment features its own balcony, situated within a tranquil haven in the heart of Årslev.

Constructed with an emphasis on sustainability, community living, and architectural diversity, the building's exterior is clad in heat-treated wood, reinforcing its environmentally conscious design. These residences form part of the Fremtidens Forstad development in Årslev, located south of Odense and set amid scenic surroundings alongside the Vindinge River. Essential amenities such as shopping, childcare facilities, and sports venues are conveniently nearby.

The apartment layout includes an entrance hall, bathroom, a bedroom equipped with two closets, a spacious living area, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the private balcony. All balconies face inward toward the courtyard areas. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a combined fridge/freezer, while tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and dryer-connections for these appliances are already installed.

By July 2026, two model apartments are expected to be available for viewing, offering insights into the interior arrangement and material selections. It is important to note that visiting a specific rental unit is not possible at this time.
