These residences are part of the "Fremtidens Forstad" project in Årslev, positioned just south of Odense, surrounded by scenic nature near Vindinge Å. Inside, the apartment offers an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom equipped with two wardrobes, a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the balcony. All balconies face the inner courtyards. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a combined refrigerator/freezer. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and dryer, but the necessary connections have been prepared for easy installation. Two model apartments are expected to be available for viewing in July 2026, providing an opportunity to experience the interior layouts and material choices; however, it will not be possible to visit specific rental units.
