A modern, bright 2-room apartment located on the top floor with its own balcony is set within a pleasant oasis in the centre of Årslev. The building has been designed with an emphasis on sustainability, communal living and architectural variation, and the facades are clad in heat-treated wood to support the development's green profile. These properties are built as part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, south of Odense, and sit in scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, while being a short distance from shopping, institutions and sports facilities. The apartment layout comprises an entrance, a bathroom, one bedroom with 2 cupboards, a lovely living room and a bright kitchen with direct access to its own balcony; all balconies face the courtyards. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and tumble dryer; the apartment is prepared for installation.

We expect two show apartments to be ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to inspect the general interior layout and the chosen materials, but it will not be possible to view any specific rental unit. The visualization images are intended to demonstrate the standard of the units and do not depict the particular apartment. If you want to secure a specific rental, we can prepare a lease agreement for you, but we do not make reservations, unfortunately. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are billed directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption for one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental has its own associated storage room. The building has elevator access. A communal house / function room / guest house is available for a fee, and an electric vehicle charging point is available for a fee.
