Part of the Future Suburb development in Årslev, south of Odense, this residence enjoys scenic surroundings along the Vindinge River while maintaining convenient proximity to shops, childcare facilities, and sports amenities. Inside the apartment, you will find an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom equipped with two wardrobes, a welcoming living room, and a bright kitchen area that connects directly to the private balcony. The kitchen comes furnished with a dishwasher and a combined fridge/freezer unit. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and dryer, though the apartment is pre-installed for easy installation.

Two demonstration apartments are expected to be available for viewing in July 2026, offering a chance to experience the interior layout and material selections. However, it will not be possible to tour any particular rental unit.
