The building is designed with sustainability, community, and architectural diversity in mind, with facades clad in heat-treated wood that emphasize its eco-friendly approach.

Located in the scenic surroundings around Vindinge Å, south of Odense, this residence forms part of the Fremtidens Forstad development in Årslev. Convenience is ensured by the short distance to shopping centers, childcare facilities, and sports amenities. The apartment's layout includes an entrance hall, bathroom, a bedroom equipped with two wardrobes, a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the balcony. All balconies face the courtyard areas. The kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer unit. Tenants are responsible for their own washing machine and dryer, although the apartment is prepared for their installation.

Two model apartments are planned to be available for viewing starting July 2026, allowing a glimpse of the interior design and choice of materials; however, individual units cannot be toured. The images provided serve only to illustrate the standard of the apartments and are not pictures of any specific unit. While lease agreements can be drafted to secure a particular apartment, reservations are not accepted.

Practical details include separate billing for electricity, water, and heating, handled directly by the respective utility companies. Tenants may apply for an exemption to keep one dog. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and each apartment has an allocated storage room. Regarding the open house on August 23, 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00, no prior registration is necessary. Visitors can tour three model apartments during this time, though individual rental units will not be accessible.
