A modern, light-filled 2-room apartment with its own balcony is situated on the top floor in a pleasant oasis in the middle of Årslev. The building has been constructed with an emphasis on sustainability, community and architectural variety; the facades are clad in heat-treated wood, reinforcing the development's green profile. The properties form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, south of Odense, and lie in attractive natural surroundings by Vindinge Å, while also being a short distance from shopping, institutions and sports facilities. The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with 2 closets, a comfortable living room and a bright kitchen with direct access to the private balcony; all balconies face the courtyards. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and tumble dryer, as the installation points are prepared.

We expect to have two show apartments ready in July 2026, where you can view the interior layout and material choices, but it is not possible to view a specific unit. The visualization images are intended to illustrate the standard of the apartments and do not depict the particular unit. If you wish to secure a specific tenancy, we can prepare a lease, but we do not make reservations. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies; it is possible to apply for dispensation for one dog. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each tenancy includes its own storage room and there is elevator access in the building. A community house/party room/guesthouse is available for a fee, and an electric vehicle charging point can be used for a fee.
