These homes are built as part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, south of Odense, and sit in scenic surroundings around Vindinge Å, while also being a short distance from shopping, institutions and sports facilities.

On the ground floor the residence contains an entrance hall, a bathroom and a spacious, bright kitchen-dining area with a bay window that provides abundant daylight and direct access to the tiled terrace; a staircase from the kitchen-dining room leads up to the 1. sal. The first floor comprises a landing, two bedrooms each with one wardrobe and a third bedroom with three wardrobes and its own access to the balcony. There is access to a terrace on one side of the rental and a balcony on the other, offering ample opportunity to enjoy sunshine during the day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The tenant is responsible for supplying a washing machine and a tumble dryer; the installation is prepared. We expect to have two show homes ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view layouts and material choices, but it will not be possible to view a specific rental unit.
