Modern, light-filled three-room terraced homes spread over two levels, each with a private tiled terrace and a balcony, located in a tranquil oasis in Årslev. The homes form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, south of Odense, set in picturesque surroundings by Vindinge Å, and are a short distance from shopping, childcare and sporting facilities. On the ground floor the dwelling comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom and a generous, bright kitchen-dining room with a bay window that admits plenty of daylight and opens directly onto the tiled terrace; a staircase from this room leads up to the 1st floor. The first floor features a landing, one bedroom with a single wardrobe and a master bedroom with three wardrobes and its own access to the balcony. With the terrace on one side of the unit and the balcony on the opposite side, there are ample opportunities to enjoy sunlight throughout the day. The apartment comes equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and tumble dryer; the installation points are prepared.
