Modern, bright three-room terraced homes arranged over two levels, each with a private paved terrace and a balcony, situated in a peaceful oasis in the centre of Årslev. The development has been executed with an emphasis on sustainability, community life and varied architectural expression; the façades are clad in heat-treated wood, underscoring the project's green profile. These homes form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense amid scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, and are a short distance from shopping, childcare institutions and sports facilities.

On the ground floor the layout includes an entrance, a bathroom and a spacious, light-filled kitchen-living area featuring a large window wall and direct access to the terrace; a staircase from this open-plan space leads to the first floor. The upper level comprises a landing, one bedroom with a single built-in closet and a master bedroom with three built-in closets plus private access to the balcony. With the terrace positioned on one side of the dwelling and the balcony on the opposite side, occupants have ample opportunity to follow the sun during the day. Each home comes equipped with a dishwasher and a combined fridge/freezer; tenants are responsible for supplying their own washing machine and tumble dryer, although the installations are prepared for mounting.

We expect two show homes to be available in July 2026, where visitors can view the interior layouts and chosen materials; it will not be possible to view any individual specific tenancy. The visualisation images are intended to indicate the standard and do not depict a particular unit. Should you wish to secure a specific home we can draw up a tenancy agreement, but please note that we do not hold or reserve units. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption to keep one dog. Parking is offered free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Each tenancy includes its own external storage shed. A communal house / party room / guest house is available for use for a fee, and there is an electric vehicle charging station also for a fee.
