The ground floor of these homes includes an entrance area, a bathroom, and a spacious, light-filled kitchen-living area highlighted by a large window that bathes the space in natural light and opens directly onto a paved terrace. A staircase from the kitchen-living room leads to the first floor. Upstairs, there is a landing, one bedroom equipped with a single wardrobe, and a master bedroom containing three wardrobes along with private access to a balcony. Each rental unit benefits from terrace access on one side and balcony access on the other, allowing ample opportunities to enjoy sunlight throughout the day.

In terms of appliances, the kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and a combined refrigerator/freezer. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and dryer, although the units are prepared for easy installation. There is also a communal house, banquet hall, and guest house available for a fee, along with an electric vehicle charging station, which is also charged separately.
