A staircase from this open area leads up to the first floor, which comprises a landing, one bedroom fitted with a single built-in closet, and a master bedroom offering three wardrobes along with private access to a balcony. The rental unit includes outdoor living options on two sides-access to a terrace on one flank and a balcony on the other-allowing ample opportunity for sun exposure throughout the day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a refrigerator-freezer, while the tenant must provide their own washing machine and tumble dryer, though installation preparations are already in place.

Two model homes are expected to be ready for viewing by July 2026, providing a chance to explore the layout and materials used. However, it is not possible to tour a specific rental unit.
