Located as part of the "Future Suburb" in Årslev-just south of Odense and surrounded by the scenic nature along Vindinge Å-the residences enjoy a peaceful setting while being conveniently close to shopping, educational institutions, and sports amenities. On the ground floor, the layout includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a spacious, well-lit kitchen-living area highlighted by a large window that floods the space with daylight and provides direct access to a paved terrace. A staircase from this common room leads up to the first floor, which comprises a landing, a single bedroom equipped with one closet, and a master bedroom featuring three closets as well as access to the balcony.

Both the terrace and balcony flank opposite sides of the dwelling, allowing ample opportunity to soak up sunlight at various times of the day. The kitchen comes outfitted with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer unit; however, tenants are responsible for their own washing machine and dryer, although the installations for these appliances have already been prepared.

Two model apartments are expected to be available for viewing starting July 2026, offering prospective tenants a chance to observe the interior layouts and material selections, yet it will not be possible to tour individual rental units. Prospective renters can request a lease agreement to secure a particular unit, but reservations cannot be made in advance.

An open house event is scheduled for August 23, 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00. No prior registration is needed, and visitors may tour three model apartments during this time. However, it will not be possible to enter specific units at the event.
