These homes are part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in attractive scenery along Vindinge Å, and they sit a short distance from shopping, childcare institutions and sports facilities.

On the ground floor the apartment comprises an entrance, a bathroom and a spacious, bright kitchen-living area featuring a large window that brings in abundant daylight and provides direct access to the paved terrace; a staircase from the kitchen-living area leads up to the 1st floor. The 1st floor contains a landing, one room with 1 wardrobe and a bedroom with 3 wardrobes plus its own access to the balcony. There is access to a terrace on one side of the unit and a balcony on the opposite side, giving ample opportunity to catch sunlight throughout the day. A dishwasher and a fridge/freezer are included; the tenant must provide a washing machine and a tumble dryer, but provision has been made for their installation. We expect two show homes to be ready in July 2026, where you can view the interior layout and material choices; it is not possible to view a specific rental unit. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption to keep one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each unit includes its own shed. A community house / party room / guest house is available for a fee, and an electric vehicle charging point can be used against payment.
