Modern, bright 3-room terraced houses arranged over 2 storeys, each with a private tiled terrace and a balcony, set within a secluded oasis in the centre of Årslev. The development has been built with an emphasis on sustainability, community and architectural diversity; the façades are clad in heat-treated wood to reinforce the project's green profile. The homes form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in picturesque surroundings around Vindinge Å, and are within a short distance of shopping, childcare and sports facilities.

On the ground floor each home contains an entrance, a bathroom and a spacious, bright kitchen-living area with a large window section that fills the space with light and provides direct access to the tiled terrace; a staircase from this room leads up to the 1st floor. The 1st floor comprises a landing, one bedroom with one closet and a bedroom with three closets plus private access to the balcony. There is an exit to a terrace on one side of the dwelling and a balcony on the opposite side, giving ample opportunities to enjoy sunlight throughout the day. Each unit includes a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer; tenants must supply their own washing machine and tumble dryer, as the homes are prepared for installation.

We expect two show homes to be ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view the interior layouts and the chosen materials; it is unfortunately not possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualization images are intended to illustrate the standard of the homes and do not depict any particular unit. We can prepare a tenancy agreement if you wish to secure a specific rental, but we do not reserve units. Utilities for electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective suppliers. It is possible to apply for dispensation for one dog. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental includes its own associated shed. A communal house/party room/guest house is available for a fee, and an EV charging point (el-ladestander) is available for a fee.
