Modern, light-filled 3-room terraced houses over two levels, each with a private terrace and a balcony, located in their own oasis in Årslev. The development has been designed with an emphasis on sustainability, community life and architectural variation; the facades are clad in heat-treated wood to reinforce the environmentally conscious profile. These homes are part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, south of Odense, set in attractive surroundings along Vindinge Å, and are within short distance of shopping, institutions and sports facilities.

On the ground floor the accommodation comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom and a spacious, bright kitchen-living area with a bay window that brings in abundant daylight and provides direct access to a tiled terrace. A staircase from the kitchen-living area leads to the first floor, which contains a landing, one room with a single wardrobe and a bedroom with three wardrobes plus its own access to the balcony. There is access to a terrace on one side of the dwelling and a balcony on the opposite side, offering good opportunities to enjoy sunlight during the day. The unit includes a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must supply their own washing machine and tumble dryer; provisions for installation are prepared.

We expect two show homes to be ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view the general layout and the choice of materials; it will not be possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualization images illustrate the standard of the units and are not from the specific apartment. We can prepare a tenancy agreement if you wish to secure a particular unit, but we do not make reservations. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for a dispensation for one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come-first-served basis. Each rental has its own shed. A community house / function room / guest house is available for a fee, and an electric charging station can be used for a fee.
