A modern, bright four-room terraced house arranged over two levels, featuring a private paved terrace and a balcony, situated in its own oasis in central Årslev. The development has been constructed with emphasis on sustainability, communal living and varied architectural expression; the façades are clad in heat-treated wood, underlining the project's green profile. These homes are part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, with short distances to shopping, childcare institutions and sports facilities.

On the ground floor the dwelling contains an entrance hall, a bathroom and a spacious, light-filled open-plan kitchen/living area with a large window that admits abundant daylight and a direct exit to the paved terrace. A staircase in the kitchen/living area leads up to the first floor, which comprises a landing, two bedrooms each with one cupboard and a third bedroom with three cupboards, plus its own access to the balcony. There is an outdoor terrace on one side of the tenancy and a balcony on the opposite side, providing multiple opportunities to enjoy the sun during the day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The tenant is responsible for supplying a washing machine and a tumble dryer; the home is prepared for their installation. We expect to have two show homes ready in July 2026; these will allow a view of the interior layout and the chosen materials, but it is not possible to view any specific rental unit. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are billed directly by the relevant utility companies. It is possible to apply for a dispensation to keep one dog. An electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee.
