The development has been designed with an emphasis on sustainability, communal living and varied architectural expression. These homes are part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in attractive surroundings by Vindinge Å, with short distances to shopping, childcare institutions and sports facilities. On the ground floor the apartment offers an entrance hall, a bathroom and a spacious, light-filled kitchen-dining area featuring a large window that brings in abundant daylight and provides direct access to a tiled terrace; a staircase from this kitchen-dining room leads up to the first floor. The first floor comprises a landing, one bedroom with a single wardrobe and a master bedroom with three wardrobes, the latter having its own access to the balcony. With the terrace on one side of the unit and the balcony on the opposite side, there are good opportunities to catch the sun at different times of the day. A dishwasher and a combined fridge/freezer are included. Tenants must supply their own washing machine and tumble dryer; connections are prepared for installation. We expect to have two show homes ready in July 2026 where you can examine the interior layouts and the material choices, but it will not be possible to view a specific rental unit. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are billed directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption permitting one dog. Access includes free parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental unit has its own associated shed. There is a communal house/party room/guest house available for a fee. An electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee.
