Modern, light two-room apartment with a private balcony set in a pleasant oasis in central Årslev. The building has been designed with emphasis on sustainability, community and varied architectural expression, and the facades are clad in heat-treated wood to reinforce the development's green profile. The properties are being built as part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense and situated in scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, and there is a short distance to shopping, institutions and sports facilities.

The apartment layout includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with 2 closets, a comfortable living room and a bright kitchen with direct access to the private balcony; all balconies face the courtyards. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and tumble dryer, although the apartment is prepared for installation. We expect two show apartments to be ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view how the units are furnished and the choice of materials; it is unfortunately not possible to view a specific rental. We can draw up a lease if you wish to secure a particular unit, but we do not make reservations.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies, and it is possible to apply for dispensation for one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis, each tenancy includes its own storage room, and the building has elevator access. A common house / party room / guest house is available for a fee, and an electric vehicle charging post is available for a fee.
