The properties form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in scenic surroundings along Vindinge Å, and are within short distance of shopping, institutions and sports facilities. The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with 2 closets, a comfortable living room and a light kitchen with direct access to its own balcony. All balconies face the courtyards. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and dryer; the apartment is prepared for installation.

We expect to have 2 show apartments ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view the layout and material choices; it is not possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualisation images illustrate the standard of the units and are therefore not from the particular apartment. We can prepare a tenancy agreement if you wish to secure a specific unit, but we do not reserve units. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption for one dog. There is free parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Each tenancy includes its own storage room. The building has elevator access. A communal house/party room/guest house is available for a fee, and an electric charging station is available for a fee.
