This bright and contemporary 2-room apartment features a private balcony and is situated in a tranquil oasis in the heart of Årslev. Located south of Odense in the scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, the complex is part of the Future Suburb development in Årslev. Residents benefit from close proximity to shopping options, childcare facilities, and sports amenities. The apartment layout includes an entrance hall, bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two closets, a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the balcony overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a combined fridge and freezer, while tenants are responsible for their own washing machine and dryer, with hookups prepared for easy installation.

Two model apartments are expected to be completed by July 2026, giving a chance to experience the interior arrangement and choice of materials. However, it will not be possible to view a specific unit at that time. The images provided are intended to represent the rental standard and do not depict the exact apartment available. Rental agreements can be drawn up to secure a particular apartment, but unfortunately, reservations are not accepted.

In terms of practical details, electricity, water, and heating costs are billed directly by the respective utility companies. Tenants may apply for permission to keep one dog. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental includes an individual storage room, and the building has elevator access. A communal house, event room, and guest house are available for use at an additional cost. Electric car charging stations are also provided for a fee.

Please note that on August 23, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, there will be an open house event without any need for prior registration. During this time, visitors can tour three model apartments, though access to specific rental units will not be permitted.
