A modern, light-filled 2-room apartment with a private balcony set in a pleasant oasis in the heart of Årslev. The development has been designed with an emphasis on sustainability, community and architectural variation: the facades are made of heat-treated wood, reinforcing the project's green profile. The buildings are being developed as part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, and they are also within a short distance of shopping, institutions and sports facilities. The apartment itself comprises an entrance, bathroom, one bedroom with 2 wardrobes, a pleasant living room and a bright kitchen with direct access to the private balcony; all balconies face the courtyards. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and tumble dryer, although the installation points are prepared.

We expect to have two show apartments ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view typical layouts and the chosen materials; it is unfortunately not possible to inspect a specific rental. The visualization images are intended to illustrate the standard of the units and do not come from the specific apartment. We can prepare a lease if you want to secure a particular unit, but we do not reserve units. Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. One may apply for a dispensation for one dog. Access and facilities include free parking on a first-come, first-served basis, an individual storage room for each rental, elevator access in the building, a community house/party room/guest house for a fee, and an electric charging station for a fee.
