Constructed with an emphasis on sustainability, community, and architectural diversity, the building showcases facades made from heat-treated wood, reinforcing its environmentally conscious design. These residences are developed as part of the Future Suburb in Årslev, located south of Odense amid scenic surroundings near Vindinge Å. Amenities such as shopping, childcare facilities, and sports venues are conveniently nearby. The apartment itself comprises an entrance area, a bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two wardrobes, a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen which opens directly onto a private balcony. All balconies face inward toward the courtyards. Within the kitchen, a dishwasher and a combined fridge/freezer unit are provided, while tenants are responsible for supplying their own washing machine and dryer; however, the space is prepped for their installation.

It is anticipated that two model apartments will be ready for viewing in July 2026, offering an opportunity to experience the interior layouts and material choices, although touring specific rental units will not be possible. The images provided serve as visual representations of the standard quality in the rental units and do not depict any particular apartment. Rental agreements can be prepared upon request to secure a specific unit, but reservations are unfortunately not accepted.

Practical details include that electricity, water, and heating expenses are billed directly by the utility providers. Tenants may apply for permission to keep one dog.

Parking is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental includes a dedicated storage room, and the building is equipped with an elevator. Additional communal spaces, such as a clubhouse, party room, and guesthouse, are accessible for a fee, as is the use of electric vehicle charging stations.
