A modern, light-filled 2-room apartment with a private balcony is situated on the top floor in a pleasant oasis in Årslev. The development has been built with an emphasis on sustainability, community and varied architecture, and the façades are clad in heat-treated wood to reinforce the green profile. The properties form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense in scenic surroundings along Vindinge Å, and there is a short distance to shopping, childcare institutions and sports facilities.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom equipped with 2 closets, a comfortable living room and a bright kitchen with direct access to its own balcony; all balconies are oriented toward the courtyard areas. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and dryer; the apartment is prepared for installation. We expect to have two show homes ready in July 2026, where visitors can view typical layouts and the selected materials; it is unfortunately not possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualization images are intended to illustrate the standard of the rental and are therefore not taken from the specific unit. We can prepare a tenancy agreement if you want to secure a particular unit, but we do not make reservations.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies, and it is possible to apply for an exemption to keep one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come-first-served basis. Each rental has its own associated storage room, there is elevator access in the building, and a communal house/function room/guest house can be used for a fee. An electric charging station is available for a fee.
