The building emphasizes sustainability, a sense of community, and architectural diversity. Its exterior walls are clad with heat-treated wood, reinforcing its environmentally friendly design. These residences form part of the Future Suburb project in Årslev, positioned south of Odense amid scenic surroundings along the Vindinge River. Residents will benefit from the close proximity to shopping, childcare facilities, and sports amenities. Inside, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two wardrobes, a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the balcony. All balconies face towards the inner courtyards. The kitchen includes a dishwasher as well as a combined refrigerator and freezer. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and dryer, although the setup is pre-installed to accommodate these appliances.

Two model apartments are scheduled for completion by July 2026, allowing prospective tenants to explore the layout and material finishes; however, viewing of individual units is not possible. The visualization images serve solely to illustrate the quality level and do not represent the specific apartment offered. Lease agreements can be prepared to secure a particular unit, yet reservations cannot be made in advance.
