This contemporary and bright two-room apartment features a private balcony and is situated within a charming oasis in the heart of Årslev.

The building has been developed with an emphasis on sustainability, community living, and architectural diversity. Located as part of the Future Suburb in Årslev, south of Odense, the residence enjoys scenic surroundings near the Vindinge River, with convenient proximity to shopping centers, day-care facilities, and sports amenities. The apartment includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom equipped with two wardrobes, a spacious living room, and a well-lit kitchen providing direct access to a balcony facing the courtyard areas. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer unit. Tenants are responsible for supplying their own washing machine and tumble dryer, although preparations for installation have been made.

It is anticipated that two model apartments will be available for viewing in July 2026, allowing prospective tenants to explore the interior layout and material selections. However, it will not be possible to tour a specific rental unit. The visualization images are intended to represent the quality and standards of the apartments and do not depict any particular unit. While contracts can be prepared to secure a specific apartment, reservations cannot be made in advance.
