A modern, bright 2-room apartment with its own balcony is located in a pleasant oasis in central Årslev. The development has been built with emphasis on sustainability, community life and architectural variety; the façades are clad in heat-treated wood, underlining the project's green profile. The buildings are part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, situated south of Odense in scenic surroundings around Vindinge Å, and there is a short distance to shopping, institutions and sports facilities.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with 2 closets, a pleasant living room and a bright kitchen with direct access to the private balcony. All balconies face the inner courtyards. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must supply their own washing machine and tumble dryer; the apartment is prepared for installation. We expect to have two show apartments ready in July 2026, where it will be possible to view the interior layout and material choices, but it is unfortunately not possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualisation images illustrate the standard of the apartments and are not from the individual unit. We can draw up a tenancy agreement if you want to secure a specific rental, but we do not make reservations.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for dispensation for one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental has its own associated storage room and there is elevator access in the building. A common house/party room/guest house is available for a fee, and an EV charging point is available for a fee.
