Constructed with an emphasis on sustainability, community, and architectural diversity, the building features façades made of heat-treated wood, reinforcing its environmentally friendly profile. The property is part of the Future Suburb development in Årslev, located south of Odense amid scenic surroundings near Vindinge Å. Convenient access to shopping, childcare facilities, and sports amenities is also available within a short distance. The apartment layout comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom equipped with two wardrobes, a spacious living room, and a well-lit kitchen that opens directly onto the private balcony, with all balconies facing the internal courtyards. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a combined fridge/freezer unit. Tenants need to supply their own washing machine and dryer; however, the apartment is prepared for installation. It is anticipated that two model apartments will be ready by July 2026, offering an opportunity to view the interior design and material choices. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to visit a specific rental unit.

Practical details include direct billing for electricity, water, and heating from the respective utility providers. There is the option to apply for permission to have one dog.

Regarding amenities, free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental unit has its own dedicated storage room, and the building is equipped with an elevator. A community house, which also functions as a party room and guest house, is accessible for a fee, as is the use of the electric vehicle charging station.
