A modern, bright four-room apartment with its own balcony is situated in a pleasant oasis in the centre of Årslev. The development has been built with emphasis on sustainability, communal living and varied architectural expression; the facades are clad in heat-treated wood, underlining the green profile. The buildings form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense and set in scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, and they are also within short distance of shops, institutions and sports facilities.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom with two wardrobes, two bedrooms each with one wardrobe, a spacious living room featuring a large window that provides plenty of light, and a bright kitchen with direct access to its own balcony. All balconies face the courtyard areas. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and dryer; the apartment is prepared for installation. We expect to have two show apartments ready in July 2026 where it will be possible to view how the homes are laid out and the choice of materials, but it is not possible to enter and view a specific rental unit. The visualization images are intended to show the standard of the rental and are therefore not from the specific unit. A lease can be prepared if you want to be sure of securing a specific unit; unfortunately, we do not make reservations.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are billed directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for a dispensation to have one dog. There is free parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental has its own associated storage room and there is access to an elevator in the building. A common house / party room / guest house is available for a fee, and an electric vehicle charging station (el-ladestander) is available for a fee.
