The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher and a combined fridge-freezer, while the tenant is responsible for supplying their own washing machine and dryer; hookups are pre-installed for these appliances.

Two show apartments are expected to be available for viewing by July 2026, offering an opportunity to experience the layout and material selections in person. However, it will not be possible to view a specific rental unit. The visualization images provided illustrate the quality standard but do not depict the particular apartment available. Lease agreements can be prepared upon request to secure a specific unit, but reservations are not accepted.

Practical details include that electricity, water, and heating costs are billed directly by the respective utility companies. Tenants may apply for permission to keep one dog.

Parking is free and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each apartment features an individual storage room. Elevator access is available within the building. There is a communal house, event room, and guest house available for use with a fee, as well as an electric vehicle charging station that requires payment.
