Inside, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two wardrobes, a comfortable living room, and a bright kitchen that opens directly onto the private balcony. All balconies face the courtyard areas. The kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer unit. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washing machine and tumble dryer, although the space is pre-prepared for their installation.

It is anticipated that two model apartments will be ready by July 2026, offering a chance to view the layout and chosen materials. However, it will not be possible to tour specific rental units at that time.
