A modern, light-filled four-room apartment occupies the top floor and includes a private balcony, situated in a pleasant oasis in the center of Årslev. The development has been built with an emphasis on sustainability, communal living and varied architecture; the façades are clad in heat-treated wood to reinforce the project's green profile. The properties form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, south of Odense, set in scenic surroundings by Vindinge Å, and there is a short distance to shopping, institutions and sports facilities. The apartment itself comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two built-in wardrobes, two bedrooms each with one built-in wardrobe, a spacious living room with a large window that provides abundant light, and a bright kitchen with direct access to the private balcony; all balconies face the courtyard areas. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must supply their own washing machine and tumble dryer; the apartment is prepared for installation.

We expect two show apartments to be available in July 2026, at which point it will be possible to view the interior layouts and material selections; however it will not be possible to access or view a specific rental unit. The visualization images are intended to indicate the standard of the apartments and do not represent the exact unit. We can draw up a lease contract if you wish to secure a particular unit, but we do not reserve units. Practical details: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies, and it is possible to apply for an exemption to have one dog. There is free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental includes its own storage room, the building has elevator access, a shared house/party room/guest house is available for a fee, and an electric charging station is also available for a fee.
