Situated in Årslev, a part of the Future Suburb project south of Odense, the property benefits from scenic surroundings near the Vindinge River. Inside the apartment, you will find an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom equipped with two closets, two additional bedrooms each with a single closet, and a comfortable living room that features a large window area allowing plenty of natural light. The bright kitchen includes access to the private balcony, all of which face the courtyard area. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer combination. Tenants are responsible for their own washing machine and dryer, though the apartment is prepared for their installation.

Two model apartments are expected to be ready by July 2026, offering an opportunity to view the layout and materials used. However, it is not possible to tour specific rental units at this time. A common house available for gatherings or guest use can be accessed for a fee. Additionally, an electric vehicle charging station is available for use at a charge.
