Kitchen appliances comprise a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination, while the tenant is responsible for supplying their own washing machine and dryer; the space is prepped for installation.

Two show apartments are anticipated to be available for viewing in July 2026, allowing prospective tenants to explore the interior design and material selections, though it will not be possible to access any specific rental unit.
