On the ground floor the residence features an entrance hall, a bathroom and a large, light-filled kitchen-living area with a bay window that provides abundant daylight and a direct exit to a tiled terrace. From the kitchen-living room there is a staircase up to the first floor. The first floor comprises a landing, two bedrooms each with one wardrobe and a third bedroom with three wardrobes, and the third bedroom has its own access to the balcony. The dwelling has an exit to a terrace on one side and to a balcony on the other, offering opportunities to enjoy sunlight at different times of day.
