A modern, light-filled three-room terraced house arranged on a single level, offering a private tiled terrace and a front garden that creates a personal oasis in central Årslev. The development has been designed with emphasis on sustainability, community living and varied architectural expression; the façades are clad in heat-treated wood to reinforce the project's green profile. The homes form part of Fremtidens Forstad in Årslev, located south of Odense and situated in scenic surroundings along Vindinge Å, with shopping, institutions and sports facilities located a short distance away.

The residence comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom, one bedroom fitted with one wardrobe, a second bedroom with three wardrobes, and a spacious, bright kitchen-living area featuring a large window that brings in abundant daylight. From the kitchen-living space there is direct access to the tiled terrace and onward to the front garden. There is an exit to a terrace on one side of the dwelling and to a front garden on the opposite side, providing ample opportunity to enjoy sunlight throughout the day. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Tenants must provide their own washing machine and dryer; the apartment is prepared for installation. We expect two show homes to be ready in July 2026, where the interior layout and material choices can be viewed; it is not possible to view a specific rental unit. A lease can be drawn up if you wish to secure a particular unit, but we do not make reservations.

Practical information: electricity, water and heating are invoiced directly by the respective utility companies. It is possible to apply for an exemption allowing one dog. Parking is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Each rental unit includes its own shed. A communal house/party room/guest house is available for use for a fee, and there is an electric charging point also available for a fee.
