The house is rented out fully furnished, as it is normally our own home, which we rent out during a period abroad – equipped with everything you need.

The villa is approximately 150 m² and offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, an open kitchen, and a large, bright living room with a fireplace and direct access to a spacious south-facing terrace. The enclosed green garden, featuring a trampoline and a wooden playhouse, provides safe and fun outdoor space for children.

The home is located on a quiet, closed residential street with direct access to bike and walking paths connecting to the rest of Farum.

Farum Station is about a 10–15 minute walk away, with S-trains running directly to Copenhagen in approximately 35 minutes. Grocery stores, supermarkets, specialty shops, cafés, fitness facilities, and other amenities are all just a few minutes away.

The property borders directly onto a forest area with access to cycling and hiking trails, and Furesø lake is only a few minutes away, offering swimming and canoeing opportunities.

The house is a separate and private unit, which adjoins an annex occupied by a permanent tenant. The garden and laundry room are shared.
