Charming 3-room appartement, 88 m2, balcony with sea-view, you will ALMOST get it all for yourself.
You will get a large, quiet bedroom as your privat space and rest of the appartment is alle yours when you're not at work. The concept is unusual: You will lend my home for nonprofit price, and I will a few days a week use the living room during daytime (for writing), but since you are at work we will in praxis never see eachother and you will have the whole flat for your self far most of the time, I am never there, during mornings, evenings, weekends or school-holidays.

Bright, quiet, and full of character, with a small kitchen (dishwasher & washing machine), bathroom with bathtub, access to a sunny shared garden. Free parking.

The appartment is a privat home - fully furnitured and therefore perfect for someone who needs a temporary or secondary home for 2 -23 months and truly values peace and privacy after work.
Looking only for a woman (prefer an intellectual or artist), non-smoking, working mostly outside the home, no pets or furniture. I hope to find one who appreciate my aesthetic. The style is intellectual-bohemian, with books and art and not at all "perfect" og marchant.

Location:
The apartment is located close to the sea, Dyrehaven etc, the absolutely most beautifull (and expensive) part of the suburb. You can reach Copenhagen in 20–30 minutes from, and Ordrup, Charlottenlund, Gentofte and Lyngby is even closer (depending on car, bike, or public transport).
